"Great hotel with awesome views of the football stadium! We’ll have to return to watch a game!"

"Stayed many times over the 3 years my son has been at UEA. Normally very good. Unfortunately the most recent was a little disappointing mostly due to the room I was allocated. I booked an executive single based on a previous stay in one of these rooms however the nicer rooms are actually only the doubles. "Great overnight stay for my sons birthday, we ordered take out & used the pool for hours"

"Walls in the room was dusty but overall rooms were clean. No issues with parking but disabled bay could have been little bigger. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. No hot beverage served in the evening."

"The location was great for our needs. Very clean and tidy and the staff were lovely. Very helpful. Great gym. Some of the golfers were rather noisy late into the evening and early hours of the morning but overall a very pleasant stay"

"There were a few little problems (tv, bad odour from sink) but the staff very helpful and friendly. Location is great!"

"Clean and tidy little hotel within very close walking distance to downtown Norwich. No frills or amenities, but worth the money. I would stay there again."

"Clean room, I did pay for a parking permit as no space in the car park which cost £5. Good breakfast."

"Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect"

"A street entrance would be a great help. I arrived at the station, disabled with a walking stick and luggage and had to walk all the way around to the back"

"There was more parking spaces when we got there late, the receptionist was very helpful she explained where the restaurant was and the bar where we can now order food if we are hungry which we were, because the restaurant was closing. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice dinner was excellent depending on your choice. Overall friendly staff and my stay was enjoyable. Plenty of leaflets on were you want to go and see."

"Rooms are comfy and well presented Beds are very comfortable Food is excellent and staff very friendly So much choice for breakfast Very worth a stay"
