Craig is very friendly, welcoming and a great host! A very clear lover of football, which my partner certainly appreciated!! "Quite superb. A free upgrade was the iceing on our delicious cake. My only, minor, observation is the lack of usb/apple sockets. Easily corrected by replacing existing 3-pin with multi sockets, and so helpful in this increasingly device-dependent world."
