"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. "Unfortunately the place is tied and old. The cooker/oven is not fit for purpose. You should not have to buy a box of matches and stick your upper body in to light it, it’s not safe. The bathroom is unpleasant at best. No amenities, no toilet paper, and kitchen is barely usable, no real utensils or useful pans. I would not stay again, it really does not meet minimum standards."
