"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. From the moment we arrived, the room had a strong smell of humidity that made it uncomfortable. Room was filthy and I have pictures to prove it. When I turned on the shower, the water initially came out brown, which was very concerning. The bathtub itself is also quite deteriorated, and I did not feel comfortable using it. Basic amenities were lacking. There was no waste basket in the bathroom, and the towels were extremely worn. The room was initially stocked with only one towel, and after requesting more, we were given just one additional towel, which was not sufficient. While the mattress is comfortable, the bed frame is unstable and constantly shifts, so we had to keep fixing it. Also, the light on the right side of the bed does not work. Overall, this place is not as advertised online. The condition of the room and lack of proper amenities made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend it based on my experience."

"Ok so this hotel is clean and there aren’t any bugs but it is extremely run down and shabby. It looks absolutely nothing like the photos posted which is my biggest complaint. The pool was closed, and our rooms were never cleaned despite staying three nights. There were old, broken appliances, mirrors etc strewn all over the property, giving it a junkyard vibe. While it’s not the Bates Motel, it definitely wasn’t worth the money we spent to stay here."

"Place was fine. A little dated and with all such properties, the carpets had that old smell. Room amenities were fine."

"I would NOT recommend this place for a stay. It was a stay to play for our team and everyone had a terrible experience. None of the food service listed on the website was available. No breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no snacks/drinks. The pool was closed. My room had black mold on the shower curtain and the safety latch for the door was broken. One of our families helped with a medical emergency and the phone didn’t work so they couldn’t call the desk or 911. The hot water was off and on. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk to help. I’m not one elevator was working and it would not always open up when you arrived at your floor. The airport shuttle looked like it had seen better days. This hotel has a lot of potential but it is not being taken care of. I will say that because of all the issues one of the staff members allowed us to use the dining and bar area for our team bonding and for the parents to all hang out and eat food we brought in. They also allowed us to use a cooler in the back. We were greatly appreciative the allowed us to do this. "
