"The staff were a joy to chat with when getting my room sorted out. The lobby is clean and friendly looking, with a cute bar and plenty of hangout areas. The gym is also good and has a surprising amount of equipment for a mid tier hotel such as cable machine, kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, etc. Good quick stay next to the airport due to a cancellation."

"The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. As we got ready at 5 am we had to keep the hall door open to at least get some cooler air in the room. This was not due to outside being hot/humid. The high during the day was in the 70’s. "The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep."

"I would stay again because of the great rate. This hotel is old but still nice enough to stay in. There were some issues with bedding left in the hallway & some guest trash outside the door due to a housekeeper quiting mid-shift. So that was something they couldn't control. As far as our room it was clean. The beds were comfortable & they have some really nice hot water. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants & highway."

Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were well below acceptable standards. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. Breakfast was disappointing, with very limited food options. Overall, my experience was average at best, and I would not recommend staying here until significant improvements are made to cleanliness, service, and the breakfast...

"The property was a A little rugged on the outside but the room was perfect. He had all the regular amenities plus a coffee maker check in was effortless, they have a drive-thru that you can check in with which is very convenient. Convenient. Staff is helpful and friendly. The room was amenities room. I'm blind so this helps me and the amenities were great And had enough room to get around. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. No complaints"
