"Upon initial arrival, our room that was assigned to us was not what we originally purchased. After speaking with the staff, they quickly remedied the situation and gave us free breakfast vouchers for the wonderful restaurant located within the hotel. Staff was very kind, amenities were clean, and the area around the hotel was very nice. Will be staying again "

"A great location, only a short block from the Red 1 Line (downtown and uptown). Recently renovated, the rooms are slightly bigger than most central NY hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful- umbrellas handed out on a rainy day. It has a bar (good cocktails), but no restaurant. Breakfast is a $10 per person voucher for the bakery and coffee shop in the hotel (although not owned by them). "Easy and quick checkin. Very easy to get to, right off the Subway. Area is very walkable and lots of eating choices. Some areas of the hotel are a bit run down but it's not terrible. Would recommend and will probably stay again. "

"It is a solid, safe, clean place to stay in a great location across from Lincoln Center. Staff are friendly, honest and responsive. Prospective guests should understand that it is an older building with some wear. Easy access to multiple subway stations and Central Park."
