8/10 Good
"Loved our three night stay here near Fisherman’s Wharf! Location was good with two nearby trolley stops. We walked to the pier to head to Alcatraz and were able to walk to the crooked street (uphill) and Ghirardelli Square also. We went to Union Square area (lots of stores to shop), Chinatown, and the Financial District. Everything is fairly easy to get to with transit. We bought an all day trolley pass (must purchase at stand before getting on), which saved the hassle of buying a $9 one way pass on the trolley). The staff were very friendly and the hotel lobby and hallways always felt safe, clean, and accommodating. We did not use the attached restaurant, so I cannot comment on that. It was nice to have the food option so close though! We tried Tony’s pizza - worth the wait! There are several coffee shops, restaurants, and breakfast spots within 10 min walk. There were plenty of working plugs available in the room, which is nice if you’re charging phones and have a sleep apnea machine etc. There was also a quality assortment of snack options and mini wine bottles to purchase in the room. One thing that bothered me was the lack of a complimentary drink or water bottle upon arrival, like our other hotels this trip. The room was decorated just like the picture in the booking and we appreciated facing the brick courtyard, which had a lot of character. The only improvement to make about the room would be the shower/tub area. The tap was loose and spun to hot, with a slow drain."

"The staff were super friendly and the location was perfect. The room was a little noisy (vehicles) but ear plugs were provided, no one in our room had to use them. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again."
