The room needs some maintenance but was very clean, sizable and comfortable. The amenities being right outside the door is an added perk. The lake view is beautiful and the property location could not be better."

"The place is nice and was much bigger than expected. It was also really quiet which I appreciated because I am a very poor sleeper. At some point, as I'm sure the owner knows, he will need to recaulk the bathtub in room 3. Also, for $300 a night I would have expected better coffee and creamer that wasn't frozen solid. "This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in all my years of travel. When I checked in, the room was not made from the previous guest. There was the previous guest's hair still on the sheets and only one pillow. I ended up getting new sheets from the front and had to change them myself. I did not know Marriot had a self serve service. The room was beside an exit door and we heard it banging all night. Spiders all over the bathroom, the room stunk, the breakfast was terrible and...

"The room was clean and very spacious for our anniversary trip. We were greeted warmly at the front desk with champagne and given a map and information. The food was great and was comparable in price and quality to all other local restaurants. The location was great with access to Mirror Pond right across the street. It was worth every penny we paid."
