"The staff at the drake were very helpful at all hours of the day. Received a complimentary upgrade in the classic wing that was spacious. The lobby was a great place to work remotely, with a conference room that had tables with built in charger. Only feedback to provide was noticeable water damage on the ceilings inside the room, and the cafe music was quite loud from our room."

"The room was a tad on the small side, about the size of a normal master bedroom, but perfectly fine for our needs and no bathtub. That was the only bad thing I can say about the place. "the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold.
furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen...
