"The first room we checked into was dirty and we had to change rooms. The second room was ok but we found that the heater didn’t work. We reported it, a maintenance man came up but it was never fixed. The property is nice once you get beyond the gates (that looked like you were entering a war zone). The staff was friendly but our experience was just ok."

The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish...

"All the staff were so friendly and helpful they really helped to make our stay. The chef came around in the mornings to check that we were enjoying the food and both the buffet and the speciality restaurants were really good. We particularly liked the Italian at breakfast and lunch as it was quieter than the main restaurant. There was plenty of food. "Everything is outstanding. Amazing staff eager to help in every way. The food is always great. The dinner buffet was something to look forward to every day. The hotel facilities are everything you would need. The room was very spacious and super clean, comfy bed and clouds like pillows. We had the best time with my wife and daughter. Zero complaints."

"Excellent, clean and beautiful hotel. Having a large number of pools helps the crowd to scatter. The rooms are well maintained and the staff does a great job. We enjoyed the food and snacks very much. Only two things that could be improved is the cocktail selection and the limited number of towel stations. We had to walk quite far to get them exchanged. Overall it is an excellent, luxurious hotel."
