8/10 Good

"The room was super clean, but the pillows were just puffs of air you, sink into them with no support. We could also have done with a mini fridge. The staff were incredibly helpful and really accommodating. However the outside terrace wasn’t cleaned and full of soil, leaves and cobwebs, ontop of that the drinks from the bar were an absolute arm and a leg!! Shockingly expensive. The breakfast was great, apart from the hash browns that on both days tasted stale and dry. But with all that aside, it’s a gorgeous hotel, the location is amazing and we had a great time"

"Good location. Room was upgraded on arrival and was clean and well maintained. It was my birthday when we were staying there and the receptionist brought a cake to my room which was a nice treat. Didn’t have the full breakfast but had coffee and pastries all of which was very good. Staff were great and very helpful."

"we had booked a townhouse Suite for 5 adults consisting of 3 bedrooms. I had personally called up reservations to confirm availability and thereafter booked through Expedia within 5 minutes of my call. Full amount was paid at time of booking. we were however down graded to two individual rooms citing technical error in booking and amount adjusted . very unprofessional."
