More with Expedia. I booked a deluxe rm and paid to Expedia. But the hotel never received the booking and was fully book. Tried to use the Expedia app to communicate with the chat bot. It hangs and never been able to connect for at leasd 10 attempts. The hotel went out of their way to provide.me a spare room. But kt was old ans smells. Worse booking experience I had with Expedia. Money collected upfront with no confirmation from vendor, and non-existent support.

My suggestion is Expedia suppose to remove this hotel from their booking list, when I arrived I was given truly bad room with unclean bad... I question about it, and they said sine I booked via online / Expedia... this is only room available. Since the room is not in good condition, they asked me to pay additional cash to upgrade to better room and unfortunately I have no choice and end-up with I paid double the price. If Expedia is standing behind for their customers... I should get my money back. Location of the hotel also I wont visit again.

Checked in too late around 4pm, we requested for extra pillow, toothbrush and towel and they ask for extra charge and i was like “are you serious?!” From the time we arrived, then waited too long to check in and now this? The service is really poor, never gonna come back to this hotel. And the worse is each room they provided only one toothbrush, are we gonna share one toothbrush? I was really disappointed 😩

The check in experience was bad. Staff are unprofessional. Gave me the wrong room and I had to go up n down 3 times to get the correct room that I booked and it smelt weird. Breakfast was quite bad and the typical eggs which is supposed to be free was chargeable. Quite disappointing.

Good value, surprisingly large and modern room.

It's nothing fancy but compared to other hotels of similar style/price category this was actually a positive surprise. Room is quite large, bathroom modern and fairly clean (by Indonesian standards ...). Hotel is located a bit away from everything but it's actually quite strategic. It's only a 10-15 min. walk (along smaller back streets rather than the busy main road) to nagoya hill or down to kampung bule. Free wifi was working flawlessly and there is even a small desk and chair to get some work done. My only real complaint: the aircon in my room was barely working.

Firstly need to mention about location not that good becoz need to go somewhere I can't get taxi so I need to walk outside also at night very noisy becoz people playing football late night beside the football court . Secondly when I stay that night was black out no power at all , nobody come to on back power . I waited quite long until I cal the operator then only on back power . Seriously the service quite bad . Thirdly they say breakfast is free but i pay for half boiled egg that is unacceptable . I'm quite disappointed the hotel service . Thank u

The room was cosy and the shower jet was strong to make bathing enjoyable. The hotel staff was helpful in providing directions to the nearby shopping malls. the breakfast buffet was decent. We would consider staying here again.

Pleasant Stay at Triniti Hotel Batam

I really enjoyed my stay at Triniti Hotel Batam. For the price that I paid, I find the hotel to be above my expectation. The staff at the reception though slightly poor at english (still able to communicate), are very helpful and friendly. They are also efficient at helping me with my problems such as 'card key not working','lack of towel' because we added 1 person above other requests. The rooms themselves were neat, tidy and clean including the toilets. We only had issue with 1 room where the bed sheet was slightly stained. The general location of the hotel is also ideal as it is located within walking distance of Nagoya Hill shopping centre. However there is a short segment of road (1-2 mins walk) leading to the hotel that is dark. Book this hotel remembering how little you paid and you will be thoroughly surprised at how nice the hotel is. I really enjoyed my stay here and would return in future.

First time to this hotel , it wasn't that bad at all, rooms reasonably clean except they don’t provide room slippery and you got to go down to the counter collect yourself. We dare not go out night time as the hotel location near to the residential areas and a small football pitch in front the hotel where the locals will gather there to play football.

Generally the hotel was value for money. They had a TV, Telephone and Fridge in room but no Coffee Maker
