"Question...was staff helpful? There was no staff, it was self check in. The communication/instructions were recieved were easy to follow and there were no issues. Bathroom shower head needs replacing, but other then that everything was in good order. Community room was stocked well enough for the stay. Overall....great place."

Hotel was a bit far for walking in intense heat to attractions but getting Lyfts was extremely fast and easy. "The hotel is a quick walk away from the train station, making it convenient for those coming or going, it also means it is within walking distance of most of the major central Rome sites. The staff were incredibly welcoming, providing tips about the area, little bonuses, etc. The room was comfortable (with AC that worked, even with the heat wave) with plenty of space for the two travelers in our group. "I needed a room near the train station at the last minute so I could catch an early flight back home the next morning. Hotel Rishon was a fantastic find that had just completed renovations and provided a clean, safe, elegant and welcoming stay. It’s on the north side of the station which has fewer youth hostels and more govt offices so it’s a little less frenetic than the south side of the station. Highly recommend this hotel!"
