This is a great property, conveniently located close to Termini station with many affordable, quality dining options. The area is lively, safe and well-travelled by both locals and tourists alike at all hours. The staff was excellent - always helpful, friendly and welcoming. Very clean room and friendly staff would definetly come back. Small complaint is we reserved for jacuzzi but other people did not respect the timetable. Anyway the hotel in of itself is fantastic also a nice sauna and hamman

The rooms are very little the shower water runs on the floor.. there’s no iron for the room you have to go into the basement to iron .. the staff has no patience on neither shifts everyone has a bit of an attitude
