"Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."

"The bedroom floor was pretty dirty!! My son white socks were amazingly dirty and I even took a picture. That’s the only negative aspect on this property but a very important one. On the other hand the staff was amazing, very helpful, polite and kind. "

"At 3 am the fire alarm light was going off. Front desk was trying to work on it and said they’d send a maintenance person. No one showed up and it went off again at 4 am. The ADA shower overflowed and response was extra towels. "

"Great hotel! Very nice style of the hall, nice rooms. Very nice coffee shop! Great location! They have a resort fee which could be used for breakfast-dinner in their restaurant (we were not told about it at check-in, it was the only minus in the whole stay, but they still make it up to us at check out when I told them that we didn’t know). Staff was very friendly! "

"The room was not clean. Hair and dirt on floor. Asked front desk to re clean room while we were out for evening, we returned to find nothing done. They did cover valet cost however but it ruined our stay. Would not stay again. "
