The pull out bed had no sheets and the mattress was stained badly. There was boogers stuck on the wall next to the beds you can tell they been there a long time.

I checked in with my family at the hotel from May 26th through Jun 1st, 2024, check-in was swift and smooth. I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was organized and the friendly demeanor of your front desk team members namely Brij, Gopi, and Akshay. The hotel offered Hot Breakfast which was freshly prepared and laid out for guests at daybreak! However, I would strongly suggest the management to address the issues of coordination, and task assignments issues amongst the house keeping team at the hotel which we experienced. Our stay was relaxing and strongly recommend it for families with children. Awesome job to Brij, Gopi, and Akshay for going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. and would hope the management recognizes the professionalism. courteousness and hospitality I will recommend your hotel to friends and colleagues, and I look forward to the opportunity to return in the future “The service was good, and our stay was relaxing.”.
