"The hotel looks new and the property have a lot of details that needs completion. The staff is hit or miss. Some very attentive and others needs more training. Overall a good hotel that needs more time to find tune with service."

"Excellent stay! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. With permission, we were able to take photos, which made the experience even more special. The staff truly helped make our anniversary unforgettable. The restaurant and bar were both fantastic. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and the San Antonio River Walk. We would definitely come back! We highly recommend staying here."

"Pay at arrival does not work I was charged for 2 rooms the day before I arrived. the staff informed me that this was not longer an option and due to the Festival the charge in advanced. So, why advertised as such? "

"The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, but charges $7 per day and parking is $60 per day. The beds were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner smelled pleasant. Walking distance to a lot of different things such as the Alamo, Old Historic Market, and more. "

"The rooms were clean. The queen beds were small. The hotel rooms are kind of old and the carpet smells. The outside grounds were dirty, there was trash on the grounds. The landscaping was not kept nice."
