"Thank you, Maurizio, for offering such a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Venice. It is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and in a great location, close to the Vaporetto and the Rialto bridge, and within easy walking distance to San Marco Square. Seeing our first Venetian sunset from the amazing rooftop terrace, glasses of complimentary sparkling wine in hand, was a lovely intro to the magical city of Venezia. We’d definitely stay here again. "The staff was extremely helpful, and the breakfast buffet was better than we were expecting. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices - not just a bunch of different breads. This hotel is a little off of the beaten path, which makes it quiet at night. The rooms are a bit outdated, but that did not take away from our experience. We would stay here again."

"Amazing stay. Staff directly takes you to the booked room. Staff is so kind, provided a map and great recommendations for dining around the area. Our shower head was leaking and staff replaced within 20 minutes. It is close to many mini shops and restaurants. We did not have to use a water taxi for anything. Everything is super walkable and near. I would high recommend and if I ever find myself in Venice again, I 100% know I’d stay here again. "
