"One word - avoid. What ypu see in the description and in reviews is NOT what you get. The room was facing the main road and the constant, non-stop noise was unbearable. The breakfast was horrible. £12.50 extra for 1x burnt bacon, uncooked hash brown and a pathetic looking uncooked sausage. Plus a fried egg complete with a hair. "The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

She gave us access after hours, checked on us in the morning and gave us tea and toast after breakfast hours, checked on our welfare, held our bags for us when we went into Oxford, and gave us waters in the heat wave. The sheets were not very clean and the bathroom garage was not emptied when we checked in, but the shower was good and there was a fan and tea provided in the room with decently comfortable beds.
