The Imperial Hotel

The Imperial Hotel

8/10 Good
"As regular visitors to the Imperial Hotel we thought that this was an Inferior room to what we have had in the past, 1 no safe 2 Window did not have an opening on a hot day for fresh air so always steamed up 3 My wife fell out of the bed during the night because the mattress was larger than the base and sloped over the edge off base 4 The hand Gel in the bathroom had no Lather as it looked to be diluted like water. When we reported the above to Ricky on Reception he said that the room 238 was one of the better rooms. Also not amused by the Parking charge of ยฃ14.00 per night which I found Extortionate from past stays. We came away not Happy Bunnies"
