"The rooms might be a bit small but they are very clean and the location can’t be beat. The staff are very attentive and helpful with dinner suggestions and arranging travel. The breakfast included many fresh fruits and other alternatives. Very impressed with our visit!"

"It was a really nice stay and the staff we're great at making sure you had everything you needed. My only thing was the pool/sauna use, to me it was strange that you had to book a timeslot everyday and you could only have 45min sessions. Sometimes you do just want to sit by the pool and chill and that felt limited."

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a couple and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, had everything that was required for our stay, contemporary and modern. So glad that a friend recommended this property for our stay and I’d always stay here again when returning, thank you xx"

"Location is excellent, 2 minutes and you are at the Riverside. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable bed. Self check in & codes sent to access the property (There are 2 lifts, so make sure you take the right one) Safe in the room but i could not open it and got no response to my query which is why i gave 4 stars not 5. I would recommend & stay again as its great for a short city break. "

"This small boutique hotel is perfectly placed, immaculate in the lobby areas, well designed very clean modern rooms and delightful friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. We had a room at the back so no view (which we knew when booking) but very quiet compared to those at the front looking out onto ribeira square, so down to personal choice. Literally steps from the beautiful Duoro river and so many excellent restaurants to choose from all within a 5 minute walk. There was an issue in many rooms...

"The apartment has an excellent location. Everything is very close and the conditions are excellent. Mariana, the hostess is amazing and the whole team as well. Everything was very clean and the shower was great. The balcony has a great view of the center of the city. The breakfast was delicious and it was served in ana exquisite way Highly recommended!!!!"

A small privately owned botique hotel it is well built using high end materials, clean and well maintained. We had a walk-out room directly into the patio and beautiful garden area. "We loved Gran Cruz House, our room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the river, in old town, very near Luis I Bridge and the river promenade that can get very busy (which we loved!). We very much enjoyed the greeting port wine by Bruno and everything he did for us to make our trip very special. The lady (sorry, forgot her name) who helped us with breakfast was super nice and very helpful. We felt fortunate to stay at Gran Cruz House and treasure our time in Porto, Portugal."
