"My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights and we both absolutely loved it. Perfect size property for 2 maybe 3 people. Very clean and well taken care of. Walk out your door and you’re right in the heart of Porto, very close to the river and popular tourist areas. The condo is very well sound proofed that you don’t hear anything on the streets at night. I highly recommend staying here."

It was nice that they took time to take our order the day before. The turn down service was a nice touch and the room was absolutely stunning. We had a hard time getting ourselves to leave. "Amazing staff that helped us out with celebrating our honeymoon. They also are shipping me some items I forgot behind. The amenities are amazing with a spa and pool and sauna and fancy gym. The rooms are quite big with a full functioning kitchenette which is amazing. Lovely rooftop bar and delicious buffet breakfast. It's a bit away from all the activity but kind of in the industrial area with lots of wineries and activities for tourists"

"Large, modern bathroom and our room had the 5th floor full view with Balcony. The view was amazing although it was a bit cramped for two people to sit. The hotel was very conveniently located close to Ponte Luís bridge"

"The hotel is gorgeous, with vintage and modern decorations. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony when we arrived, which was a lovely surprise. The room was absolutely fine in size, not massive, but I’m from London, so I know that European hotel rooms are generally small. The staff are very professional, in particular one of the young ladies who served the drinks by the pool in the afternoons and evenings, who was very funny, and attentive. "El apartamento está ubicado en un zona muy turística, mucha gente en las calles a una cuadra del agua. La habitación está muy bien, muy cómoda. Pero nos tocó en un tercer piso. El ascensor es tan pequeño, que entras tú y tu maleta. Pero como no hay recepcionista las 24 horas, no nos parecía muy confiable de usar. Terminaba uno de nosotros usando la escalera, que no era nuestra idea al elegir alojarse aquí."

"The hotel is excellently located, very near to all the tourism spots. Very close to the river. We got a very warm and friendly welcome, and our host sat down with us and helped us plan our trip, suggesting where we could visit each day. We found this really helpful, having someone with local knowledge helped us shape and plan our stay better. The room was very comfortable. It wasn't a big room but was everything we needed, including a great coffee machine. The shower room was fantastic. ...

"Gran Cruz House is a beautiful boutique hotel right on the river. We booked it especially for my spouse’s birthday. He wanted to be close to the water with a water view and Gran Cruz House delivered. From initial booking, staff were responsive to all my queries and when we ran into airline flight cancellation issues, they were supportive and helpful. Antonio checked us into the hotel when we finally arrived one day after we were supposed to arrive. He was professional, helpful, and friendly....
