"The team at the property were ALL excellent - thank you. The property is accessed via an unmade road which was hard work for our small hire car - but because it was a hire car it made it through. "From the minute we walked into the hotel, we were treated like queens and kings. The entire staff was attentive, kind and friendly at all times. We had a dilemma with our rental car company and the staff at Papagayo Golden Palms helped us by shuttling us to our tours. The entire staff, Mauricio, Natalie, JeJey, Andrea, Sergio and a few more were great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough!!! The premises were beautiful, quiet, serene and very clean.
