"This was a lovely hotel with really friendly and attentive staff. The food was incredible in the restaurant with various options to choose from. The garden at the rear of the hotel was really lovely and was a great place to relax after our meal. I cannot fault it. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Lady who checked us in was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble even though she was really busy. Restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a long gap between our starter and getting our main meal which was the only downside. We had to ask for the child’s meal to be brought as it was getting quite late. "Great place.... overnight single week day stop over due to train cancellation.... Good service....rooms good all be it random numbering and quite a walk from the hotel reception.... Tried the Restaurant.... very reasonable... seemed quiet on a week night although told or was busy... Recommend the pool.. never tried the spa.... will be back if ever stuck in Crewe again... Room was serviced by a lovely girl..... Kate T.... Everything was as it should be... "

"Lovely stay, feeling very relaxed. Room was very clean and comfy. Could do with a some uk plug sockets near the bedside tables. The sockets there were not usable. There were other sockets available, but not many. Breakfast was good, dinner was amazing!! Access to the indoor pool, sauna and steam room was perfect for relaxing. "
