Lovely hotel, our room had a sea view and was located near the swimming pool. The room was very well appointed , great bathroom area, bed very comfortable everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. We had a great time.

The hotel was great, I came during the off seasons so there wasn’t much to do around the area. The reception were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the facility and the space. I would stay here again. My trip was focused on Barcelona downtown area so it was a bit far by car but not a big issue.

Receptionist was VERY kind/helpful. Room was very clean/nice. A little bit too much hallway noise can be heard inside the room. There is inadequate guidance on how to access the hotel lobby from the garage.

Modern and cool hotel

Very modern and cool hotel. Excellent breakfast. Pool area ok. Great pool but 4 out of 5 umbrellas to shade the sun (34 degrees) where broken. The gym that they advertise is not for free. It's another company (building) running SPA and gym. 11€ to enter SPA and Turkish bath and sauna did not work. Ventilation in the gym did not work at our visit. The separate restaurant is excellent and well worth the price. Modern but simple interior but the food is 5 star level.

This was a hotel that looks amazing from the outside but all the little issues was it major down fall. Needs painting in the toilet (disgusting). Patio doors spent 30 minutes trying to shut it had to get hotel staff to shut it first night to which the member of staff says it wasnt easy to shut. All the little extra to use the spa and swimmer pool/ gym was a massive let down it says 11.50€ each day per person but what they dont tell you is that its only one per visit per day and you also Must pay 8.50€ for a swimmers hat. Overall very poor experience

Not a 4 star or resort

This is not a 4 star hotel nor is it a full service hotel/resort. The breakfast is a joke and if you want hot food it’s extra including eggs. 7 euros for 4 eggs is outlandish. The staff is unprofessional and talks about personal matters in front of everyone. The supposed spa is not even an actual spa… it’s inside of a gym complex about 100 meters from The hotel. On several occasions we had to ask for the mini bar to be filled( it was included in our room so they wouldn’t fill it) Checking and checkout are not 24/7 there is no room service as advertised. Again this is not a 4 star hotel. This place is not for anyone who does not have a car rental as NOTHING is in walking distance. Lastly, the smell in the hotel was intense. They sprayed some type of perfume that destroyed the senses. Pros- the shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The afternoon reception gentleman was amazing.

Beach time feel

Good sized rooms but key is having the large area of swimming pool deck but including the shopping/restaurant below which is independently managed. Didn’t feel like you were staying at a Hotel but more like a relaxing stay away

It’s quite remote, SPA is 200 meter away in another building for extra 12,5 €, also you can’t use a tiny swimming pool in the SPA and you have to have a swim cap. No options for expedia vip - I had to go down with my room category without any compensation. It was at 9pm at night and I didn’t want to have an argument. Be careful when booking a room with a garden - it’s a cell without windows!!! The one suggested to us had cigarette smoke. There’s no kettle and tea in the room. There was no sound proof - they start cleaning at 7 am and you will hear everything. The swimming pool at the hotel is tiny. We liked car park, cleannesses.
