The staff was very accommodating. Any requests were met quickly & efficiently.
We stayed in the family room with 2 joining rooms. The first (smaller room) was the least desirable. No natural light and minimal lighting from lamps. The second larger room was a bit better, with the window additions.
In general the darkness of the rooms was our biggest issue. In general the flow in the rooms was very cut & paste. Small little turns, tight little corners, almost like two buildings were connected.
Minor things also included very stained couches in both rooms, water flow inconsistencies (at one point we didn’t have any water in our room) and at other times, air pockets in pipes would shoot out water very aggressively. It would also be nice to have small hand towels near sink.
