I had a great stay, the staff was friendly and helpful, the location was central and convenient, and the space was well kept. My room had an amazing view that surpassed my expectations. The air conditioning worked well, however there was a 10 euros fee for each day I used it, which I wish was clearer when booking the room. Overall, my stay was very pleasant and I will absolutely be staying here again when I return to Barcelona!

Very central location which is great for convenience and exploring the city. There was scaffolding up which obscured the view from the balcony, but I’m aware this is an uncontrollable factor. It was a decent spot for a short stay.

The staff are nice and accommodating. The room looks clean and organize but it was dusty as we had to dust the 2 tables, 2 side tables and floor before unpacking. The kitchen was not tidy when Milana was showing it to us but it was organized and clean the whole entire week of our stay. It is hard to share a washroom/bathroom with someone because it will never look clean although the staff are trying to maintain the cleanliness and organization of it. The Balcony for the room we had did not have an actual partition, so, it feels awkward to stay and have a wide open windows which we mentioned to Cristina about it. The TV doesn’t work without Wi-Fi, so, you have to connect the Wi-Fi and please make sure it is secured. Expedia indicated on the Amenities as free Air Condition but when Milana was checking us in, she advised that there is a fee per day for that and we have to advise her, so, she can turn it on. Also, there was a 100 Euro Cash deposit that you have to give during check in with Milana or Cristina. It is a secured deposit for any damages and if there’s none, it will be given back to you during check out. Overall, it was nice and safe place to stay in Barcelona. It is close to the restaurants, coffee shops, laundromat and convenience stores. Thanks Milana and Cristina. My husband and I really enjoyed staying there. We will recommend it especially to our families and friends.

Clean room. Nice to have a kitchen. Stayed in the biggest room with the balcony. So nice to sit out there and see Barcelona. Great location! Remember to check what is included and what is extra in the fine print.

Most attractions are around the corner. We walked to Sagrada- 25 min, Catalonia square -15 min. Very convenient location. There are 5 rooms at the property, 2 bathrooms to share, excellent kitchen. Our room had a balcony facing inside the block, so it was quite.

The room was very comfortable, unfortunately there was a dead moth under the duvet, the description says that it has A/C but what the description does not tell you is that you have to pay 10 euros per day to be able to use it. This property is well located

The room was tiny, but very clean. The common space was also clean. The servise was good. Location is perfect. One thing, that disturbed a lot - it was a main entrance door that banged very loudly when it slammed shut.

Extremely easy going to and from the apartment. Communication was very timely, and easy to coordinate check-in. They even made accommodations for the fact that I did not have access to SMS so communication was through WhatsApp

Based on prior reviews, we were not convinced that we would actually stay at this property but because we couldn’t cancel, we decided to check it out. We had the larger room with the balcony. Pros Comfortable bed Amazing location Good communication Having access to a kitchen was a pleasant surprise It was clean (enough), but could use a refresh of paint Cons The 2 shared bathrooms with 3 other rooms. Only one of them had a sink and the smaller bathroom was very tight. The sheets and towels were very thin

Very nice apartment in a great area. 5 rooms in 1 apartment, no living room, but everything else needed to function. I thought. The 1 roll of toilet paper used up on my first night, that was there for 2 apartments. You only realize the size of this issue, when you face it. Who travels with extras? 😄 You only think this is a huge issue, until the elevator stops working as it did on our first morning, and you're forced to walk down and up 5 stories, because the apartment is in the attic on the 5th. Communication with whoever was difficult, had to wait a very long time for responses. Thanks, we won't be returning.
