Excellent hotel

We stayed here the night before going on a cruise. This is a very good hotel at a reasonable price. It has a business like feel about it, rather than homely, but was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff extremely helpful, and there is a great value breakfast on offer. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, ok location

Hotel was nice, modern and very clean. A little far from the city centre, but close walk to the metro which was nice. Our AC didn’t work (room was 26 degrees) which made sleeping very uncomfortable.

Walking distance from the Fira metro connecting to the rest of the city. Restaurants and malls are also within walking distance. A restaurant and a full lounge bar on site but the most impresive thing were the breakfast. If you are used to buffet breakfast at the states, you will be blown away by the restaurant quality buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

Helpful staff and clean facility. We arrived early from a long overnight flight and we were allowed to check-in early. The hotel is close to the Fira metro station. However, it’s located in an area, that perhaps is up and coming, with new facilities being built nearby. There are not much shops or restaurants nearby. The rooms do not have microwave ovens and we were informed that there wasn’t a shared microwave oven that we could use. This was surprising, as this is something that hotels normally provide. We wound up tossing the leftovers we had. The room was very hot one night, even with the thermostat turned down to 17 Celsius. I was informed the next day that the hotel had turned off the air conditioning unit during the cold months and only the heating system was operational, so even though I was trying to get the room cooler, it was getting warmer, weird. I was informed that opening the window and door to allow for a cross current would help. If it were not for this one issue, I would have provided a higher rating.
