Always a pleasure to stay in the hotel, they staff are always very friendly, the beds are very nice, the hotel rooms are lovely and clean, and the pool area is excellent with a lovely big swimming pool which is well maintained. The breakfast is excellent with always plenty of choice and good quality items. Always a pleasure to stay here.

We visited from California and really enjoyed our stay. My partner was part of a group there for the conference. I really enjoyed the location of this hotel—walking distance from the train platform and the beach. The hotel sits at the top of the hill so it’s quiet and remote. Taxis and Ubers arrive to the property within 5-10 minutes. The pool is well maintained and sits right under a historical artifact. The room we stayed in was on the right wing and offered great views of the beach. Spacious and comforting the room met all our needs. Hotel staff was lovely.

The hotel was nice, convenient for train station, beach and supermarket and had good outdoor facilities. We had a leak in our bathroom on the first night from above, but when reported to reception it was a case of them waiting for the people above to wake up ( even though there had been an issue the previous day)! It was only when it started pouring through the ceiling that I found and showed another employee who inspected and went straight to reception. We had a new room immediately. There was a slight undercurrent of displeasure at UK tourists and this was disappointing.
