We had a very good stay! The hotel was clean, very comfortable and very central. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Everything was well maintained, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona!

Beautiful room with a fabulous view of the plaza. Excellent welcome from friendly reception staff. Unfortunately my stay was let down by an extremely poor experience in the bar area, where I was constantly ignored by the bar staff and eventually had to go to reception to ask to pay my bill. No apology given, even by the two managers who were alerted to the issue. I had intended to dine in the hotel, but decided not to, and went to bed with a dinner of the free apples!

Staff were helpful and proactive. The property was in a great location for restaurants, the metro and Aerobus. It was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. The property is beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable. We liked the rain shower too. The restaurant in the lobby was delicious. We would stay here again.

Great location, very walkable. The elevators were a a bit confusing. Something when you select the up button, it opens the elevator around the corner that goes to another part of the hotel. The button light turned off as if our elevator opened in front of us.

Food at 24 hour restaurant was really good, prices were reasonable and the staff was just awesome with excellent English. One staff member helped us understand the subway system for cheaper way to get around the beautiful city.

The staff was great. The breakfast was good. Arrived too early for check in but they stored our bags so we could explore the city. Same at the end of our trip. Check out was way before our flight so they stored bags so we could explore more.

Nice property, very convenient if your doing the hop on hop off bus tour one of the stops is directly across the square. The hotel is very nice with a 24 hour bar and restaurant downstairs. It also has a rooftop patio with a pool and a bar , it closes at 11:30. The drinks up there were not that great but they were great at the bar downstairs. The rooms were a decent size, didn’t like the two twin beds pushed together though. The rooms are definitely for 1 or 2 ppl no more.

This is a very good hotel, in a good location, right on the subway and just down the hill from the MNAC Museum. You can walk (if you're up to it and you want to see all the wonderful nooks and cranies along the way) to the historic district, but you may as well take transit. Service was excellent. There is a pool and bar with a great view on an upper floor outside. Pool may be too small for swimming, but it's a refreshing spot.
