"No air conditioning in the hotel room. Our room is unbearably warm -there is no way it is 18* in here which is the temperature that the air conditioner is locked at. I complained at the front desk but was told all the rooms are the same. I can’t imagine what the rooms are like when the weather here is actually hot (it is significantly cooler outside tonight, about 15* but we can’t even get fresh air because the window only opens about 2”) We would never stay here again, and will definitely share...

"Cuando llegamos hacia calor en la habitacion y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Al dejar abiertas las ventanas se refresco y pudimos estar mejor. La limpieza se podria mejorar, los cristales, las mesas de fuera..."
