Our Barcelona Stay

Our stay was incredible and the staff was very supportive and responsive! We had everything we needed at the apartment and we want to thank you for allowing us to early checkin as we arrived earlier than expected in Barcelona, that was very kind! I highly recommend this place to stay when in town. Lovely neighborhood, very quiet and safe!

Good

The apartment is comfortable and convenient for traveling and near supermarkets. However there is a washing machine but no detergent, and a dishwasher but no tablets. Finally, The maintenance noise on the opposite building is very loud. But I still will recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was spacious and convenient for families, but it wasn’t very clean. I didn’t feel safe in the area, or in Barcelona in general. On our first night, we arrived at 1:30 a.m. and the digital door lock wouldn’t open — it seemed faulty. I spent 30 minutes trying to reach the so-called 24-hour support line before someone finally responded, but the door only worked eventually on its own. There was no physical key, which I think would be a good backup. There was also noise during the night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Great apartment

Excellent experience here. Easy to access the property! Spacious, clean and comfortable! Had everything we needed! Great location near the metro but also has lots of shops cafes bars etc nearby! Lively neighbourhood but not hard to sleep at night! Would definitely stay there again!

Lovely apartment located in Sants, nice area and local to shops and transport too. Very clean and tidy with great communications but please fix the bathroom door (closest the bedrooms) as it locks you in when you close it, happy we had other people to let each other out.

Great apartment close to the city

A seamless check in process and very helpful team to support. The apartment was great! Clean, comfortable and modern and with everything you could need to suit a couple travelling. The location was good as only a five minute walk to the metro, just a few stops from Placa Catalunya. Shops and bars/restaurants within walking distance and a large Mercado supermarket just around the corner. A great option for staying outside of the centre of the city

Nice Apartment with So-So Internet

Nice apartment with lots of restaurant and grocery options nearby. Communication was a bit hit and miss, but the managers were nice. Internet was ok, but went out every now and then dor about 1 to 10 minutes.

The property was large and comfortable, plenty of room for eight adults. The lift made our room on the second floor easily accessible for disabled people and those with push chairs. The only down side were the showers wetting the floor and making them unsafe. Towels are provided to try and avoid that situation, but not big enough for the amount of water. The showers however were great, powerful and hot. I'd definitely stay here again.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained. It has two private patios and a room with a washing machine and iron. The living room and kitchen-dining room are spacious and very well equipped. All areas have their own air conditioning, which is appreciated. We loved the area. Very close to Sants Station, with metro and bus station less than five minutes walk away. Shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, very close. The only downside was that we didn't have wifi until the next day, because there is no signal with the access data and we didn't receive that information until the next day. But even so we managed very well. I recommend this place if you want to be comfortable and well located in Barcelona.

Good apartment choice in Barcelona

Our apartment was very nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood, with groceries and restaurants only a couple of blocks away. Despite the name, it was a 15-min walk from the Barcelona Sants metro and train station. Since there is not a front desk, getting into the apartment requires that the property managers send a code for the front door and a code for the apartment, or use of an app. The apartment itself was well-equipped, except the light switch in one of the bedrooms did not turn on any lights (instead, there were portable lights that were switched on by hand. Wifi worked well.

We had a ground floor apartment. Before we checked in the communication with owner was great, once we arrived that changed. After the first night we contacted the owner because we found cockroaches in the livingroom/kitchen and bathroom and because the stove was broken. We received no reply (our stay was a total of 4 nights..). The washing machine has mold, and the small terasse that goes off the apartment is covered in pigeon poop. The apartment is spacious and check-in was easy, but due to the sanitary conditions and the broken/unusuable appliances, we would not recommend the apartment for anyone.

The apartment was superb. Fantastic place to stay, great location being minutes away from Mercat Nou metro. The rooms were large and airy, all fitted with air con and plentiful storage. Kitchen came with everything you could ever need to self cater. I cannot complain at all at the quality of the apartment. In fact the only complaint I have which takes this from a 10/10 to an 8/10 review is the lack of communication prior to travel. It took me chasing up the lack of an access code the day before check in to be told I needed to pay the tourist charge. Then after paying it, it was radio silence, it took me chasing Expedia to get the code. Once I had this though, I had no issues accessing the apartment, and the Akiles app used for the key was very smart and worked flawlessly.

We generally liked our stay very much and experienced a very safe facility and environment only100-150m from Metro with many smaller and bigger, also typical shops and supermarkets in walking distances, as also a typical spanish market building (tapas etc) which also was a highlight. Add some (not noisy) bars. Communication with staff was overall good, however there is no reception or a like. We found minor issues like empty batteries (needed to put remote TV ones to get high cooling air condition stopping). As there was no reaction on our subsequent mails, we did not report defect light bulbs (2 of 3 in living room) or a "dead" power socket. We managed. Some kitchen equipment or basics could be added like dishwasher starter kit or wooden tools for use with pan (they look used from metal scratching on metal). Entry/exit works via weblink (open/close doors) or key code. Building looks freshly renovated but also used at the same time. We believe this is due to semi-good maintenance and cleaning, ie. very nice interior and design, however should be better treated in order to keep the good level up. Flat consisted of two parts, front and back. Front side was noisy (imagine street cleaning at 3am on day one), as also was the stair case. Any car or bicycle driving at night, and you will notice, windows closed. Regardless we liked it as it was very spacey: we had 2 baths, 3 double bed rooms for just four people and a generally still nicely equipped kitchen plus the living room.

Proprty seemed out of the way but wasnt. Choice of two metro stations that easily linked to the whole city. Great local atmosphere with popular eateries, bars and shops. Super safe and a great vibe. Apartment was rustic but had everything you need for self catering.
