"We like the location due to it being off the highway eliminating the noise. The fitness center only had a working tread mill. That was disappointing. Breakfast was okay. It needed to be monitored better and restocked when low(muffins, eggs, utensils). Enjoyed the specialty coffee in the lobby. Beds were comfortable. I had to screw down the toilet seat or it would have come right off when used. Luckily I wipe down surfaces before using and found that out. The floor by the pool and elevator were...

"The staff were nice and the room was clean, however, the mattress had huge sags in it. It was so bad, I was stunned by it. The staff knows, but their hand are tied. The mattress was so saggy that the bed could not even be made properly. I can sleep anywhere, so I managed. I was in room 154 on the corner and it would be impossible to make this mattress worse. "I will never stay there again Ice machine didn’t work. After asking about it I was told “sorry it was frozen up” that I could go to the third floor for ice. Not acceptable The whole front of the air conditioner was detached and laying on the floor on the other side of the bed. The coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee in so it didn’t work. There were rolliepollie bugs in the bathroom and on the floor. There was missing grout on the bathroom floor and the whole place smelled....
