"Restaurant was fantastic"

"Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location."

"We stayed here for one night as we were doing some college tours, the beds were comfortable however the room cleanliness was poor as there was food crumbs all over the carpet, hair on the bathroom floor and shower. The breakfast bar had a couple of different options to choose from but the food did not taste freshly made. Overall it was good place to sleep and recover."

"Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved."

"We asked for juice. No bananas. Good location, very reasonable, beds comfortable, room clean, refrigerator for our snacks and very friendly staff. And asked once for fresh towels for the next day with no problems."

"The front desk staff was super nice but unfortunately checked one of the people in our group into a room full of another guests items and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. We also found spots of what looked like blood on the walls and when we crawled into bed the sheets were both stained and had hair on them. "This property was an excellent choice for our stay. The Front Desk staff were so friendly and courteous. The lady who set out the breakfast did a fantastic job making sure everything was stocked, and she made sure it was kept clean. Truly enjoyed out stay. Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Streetsboro, Ohio. It was a really nice and very clean property."

"The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!"
