My room was not ready when I arrived, not a problem since it was an early check-in, but Samatha sent me to three rooms before I found one that was actually ready and blamed housekeeping, who was working hard to get rooms done. She did not even know what type of room she was sending me to even though in the system it does show room type.
The rooms HVAC unit was not working properly and the heat kept going out on a very frigid Ohio night. I had to keep getting up to fix the thermostat and the staff knew this was a problem and still put guests in those rooms. The refrigerator froze my drinks and Courtney did replace two of them but only upon asking. The employee who was taking care of breakfast was unloading a truck and the front desk was supposed to keep watch which she did not and there was no hot food until the other person came back. She was so nice and very apologetic and worked hard to get the guests food. There were no more than twelve guests at any time in the dining area so it wasn’t slammed and the front desk was not busy.
I have stayed at this location previous and for an extended period of time and I will not be going back. Things happen and instead of owning up to the mistakes that were made the CSR Samatha did nothing but make excuses fro all the issue that not only I had but the other guests that had been complaining as well. Customer Service at this location was always outstanding so I am not sure that the problem is now.
I will say that ALEXA was amazing!
