"Excellent property with friendly & helpful staff except for one incident at breakfast time. My wife wanted to eat an item from the bar for breakfast. The male supervisor did not allow it - his reason was that food from the bar cannot be eaten at the restaurant- which was literally a couple of steps away from each other. Even my wife’s suggestion to pay for it at the bar & bring the item herself to the restaurant was disallowed. To us, it’s totally baffling, unreasonable & nonsensical. ...

"Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open.
