"The checkin was a mess. Only 2 people working the desk for a concert night so checkin line was out the door and then some. Some rooms were double booked, rooms were limited because rooms weren't clean yet at 4pm, keys didn't work. Took over an hour and a half just to get checked in then a room. At breakfast all there was was a few pastries that seems to come from a gas station and orange juice. That is all that was available. I felt bad for the desk staff at check in they seemed overwhelmed and frustrated. None of the other staff appeared to be working. That property has potential but is in bad shape. Was close to Empower field easy safe walk for the concert and room was clean. Worked enough but wouldn't recommend."

"Wasn’t expecting much going in but was still pretty disappointed. Check in was fine, the front desk lady was very polite. There was no elevator to our room on the second floor so we had to lift the luggage up the stairs. The rooms floors and linens were clean but the whole property is pretty run down and smelled kinda mildew-ey staff mistook our room for unoccupied and entered while we were trying to sleep, Theroom lacked basic amenities like the microwave plate, iron, ironing board cover, hair dryer, and the towels/linens are very thin and pretty uncomfortable. One of the two beds was lopsided and the springs were super noisy in the other. The ceiling in the bathroom was also leaking terribly. The pool was closed and they didn’t provide breakfast at the time they said they would so we didn’t get to eat. The walls are also VERY thin so definitely do not book if you are a light sleeper. As it’s right next to a fairly busy street."
