"We visited during the low season and it was very quiet. We had the presidential suite with a large coffee/cappuccino maker but no coffee (which was disappointing). Room stated could sleep four, but only had one bed. They had to roll in two extra beds for our teenagers. Staff was wonderful, especially when dealing with a lost phone. "

"The service was exceptional. Everything was complimentary, and everyone was super nice to us. That being said, the room itself left much to be desired. It was dated and dingy. The bathroom had stains that couldn’t be removed with cleaning. It also didn’t have enough hooks to hang all the towels. The bed had truly horrific pillows that will take our necks days to recover from. The property itself is pretty with a stunning pool. However, there is no elevator, and you’ll have to drag yourself up...

"The beat stay weve had in a very long time. We have stayed here as we celebrate 30 years of marriage and the help from all the staff was excellent from the moment we arrived to our departure. "Good place to stay and meet all my needs. Had a fridge, basic hygiene essentials, and water. The shower head was not properly screwed into the wall and there was only a shower curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. This caused water to get outside the shower area and everywhere on the bathroom floor. Phone did not work. Only had one pillow per bed and the bed cover/comfortable were short. Pool was lovely with the bar and surrounding plants/flowers. Location was okay and...
