"A charming small boutique hotel with a very personal and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, and the à la carte breakfast is fresh and very good. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute tuk-tuk ride from the center. The bed is quite firm, and the shower could be improved, as water pressure and temperature regulation are not always consistent. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks."

The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). Also, we booked a massage in the spa and the staff were 10 minutes late and we had to remind them we were waiting."

The only feedback we have is that the road is off the main path, and may need to help install some lights to help with visibility at night, and the location to be visible for GRAB drivers for pick up / drop off. "Breakfast was amazing and served on your balcony at the time set by you. The staff were phenomenal, you started walking towards the sun beds and they were running over with towels and pillows. We were spoilt in the day with treats liked chopped fruit. We were picked up by a the driver who also was our tuktuk driver for our visits to Angkor Wat. "Clean and tidy and good quality for a 3 star hotel. Not centrally located but about1 to 1.5km from main part of town and down a dirty lane way. Staff friendly. Food and drinks are also good. "
