"Amazing property near lots of attractions! The staff was top notch and delivered well above expectations! One of the bellhops even chased me down with an umbrella to loan to me since there was a chance of rain. Loved this hotel and will definitely be back! "

"Please don’t pun drinking water bottles in bathroom as not hygience place. Please full cover the shower with the glass as the shower overflow and caused the bathroom floor was very wet. Your king size bed was actually queen size. But it ok as got complimentary extra bed."

"Reserved 3 rooms for my family. All of us really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff were super courteous and anticipated things we might want. The rooms were wonderful and we had a turndown service each night with some small snack left for us. Breakfast was very good - we had the Eggs Benny each day with fruits from the buffet. Coffee was made to order as well! I live in hotels 11 months of the year and this is one of my favourite in this price range - mainly due to the staff!! "

"Every staff member that I interacted with at this hotel (and there were many) were professional, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms here are huge and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel provides all ammenities that you need and the aircon is nice and cool. The location is only a 2 minute walk from Pub Street, and also walkable to the main markets and many restaurants too.
