"Rooms have an odour…
Rooms aren’t clean.
The carpet surely needs steam cleaning. From the observation it was evident that the rooms are vaccumed and handed over to next occupants…. Which is fine but once every 3-4 months they should be steam cleaned.
Worst part in the room is the shower blind… which was installed to provide a glass feature; but the blind has rust on it due to water contact and it is severely outdated along with having mold.
Please take it on board and work on these as I stayed...

"Poor service
Was surprised at the service quality.Unexpected from ITC brand.
Takes too long for check-in/check-out (upwards of 20 mins). No queue management , people jump queue and get served. Ask for help and wait 30 mins . Happened once with me and next day with another guest. No rationale on pricing. A cup of tea (in-room) costs nearly the same as breakfast (dine-in). Broken/old furniture.
Not that they are understaffed, just that they have poorly trained staff. Waste of your hard earned...
