She was not only helpful with finding great restaurants and places to see in Pensacola but she was truly one of the nicest people I have met! The whole staff both morning and evening were friendly and personable during my stay. Her and the staff's hospitality was something I truly appreciated and look forward to coming back. "

"Staff was friendly and the room was spacious. That’s all the positives I have. Room was poor quality for the price. Disappointed as we thought we were paying for a premium room. Property is older and the floors and beds squeaked. We had someone knock on our door twice at 3 AM and again at 7:30 AM. Staff shrugged us off telling us there’s a bar close by and they probably had the wrong room. Not the experience we had hoped or paid for. "

"I don’t know if the places offered complimentary room service or if I had to call to request it but my mistake was thinking I’d automatically receive it. The place looks nicer than it really is, it looks like it recently got remodeling done but instead of fixing issues they just worked over it and it shows. The staff was friendly but it only felt like it because that’s literally their job. Even with the discount I got I definitely feel like I over paid."

"I was very impressed with this Hotel. All areas of the Hotel smelled great. No humid moldy old dirty sock smells here! Very clean lobby, breakfast area, rooms, and bathrooms. Polite staff and wonderful breakfast! Hotel right in the middle of everything… shopping & restaurants. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future which speaks volumes if you “know me”. "
