"The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin."

"Was not able to get the room we reserved they tried to give me a room not handicap accessible but telling me it was. Poor communication. Luckily one front desk clerk was able to figure it out and I was to get a handicap accessible room but not the suite I reserved prior to arrival they blamed it on Expedia. They need to know what is in there rooms. "

"Fairly clean room except for chair in the corner had a large stain on it. bathroom and bed were clean, which is the most important thing considering we only stayed one night. staff was AMAZING. the girl at the front desk (curly hair and a piercing) was so nice to me and my friend and was also very professional. her manager was also very kind. i did not have the complimentary breakfast because i have celiac (gluten allergy) and i know breakfasts at hotels can be bad about allergies. me and my...

"Did not eat breakfast there and it seems unethical to charge for parking on the property"

"I truly disliked my stay here and even checked out two days early, no receipt was given upon my check out to close out my stay or nothing. The rooms need a serious upgrade. The floors buckle when you walk on them, dishes out dated from the early 90’s, sofa dirty, unpleasant odor (I had to purchase a candle), and rust all over the bedside lamps. The staff disconnected and not inviting."

"The staff here are amazing. We bought a house in the area & are moving. I liked this motel on our last visit two weeks prior so I booked again . No it's not a four seasons but it's clean , usually quiet & has the best staff I've ever encountered at a low cost hotel. I would stay again without hesitation. "
