"Hotel staff were as nice as they could be. Room felt safe and was comfortable. It was very convent and close to Boone - making it an affordable option when visiting App State. Breakfast was typical. Coffee in the lobby. Small but adequate fitness center. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Pool was big (not yet open when I visited). There is no elevator and steps were slippery in the rain. Room doors open to the outside. All in all, great value for the price. "

"We loved every moment of our stay at Valle Crucis Farm! The cabin was so charming-beautifully decorated, comfortable, and peacefully tucked away in the mountains. It had everything needed for a longer stay. Check in was easy-the paperwork was left on the front porch with the access code to the door, and the host greeted us upon our arrival. "Stayed in both the corner suite (largest unit available) and an efficiency (smallest unit available). Both are well kitted out for a self-sufficient stay with full kitchen, nice bath tub for soaking after a long day or hard work (or hard play)."
