Property was sold just before we stayed there. The new General Manager(Dale Daniel)was very accommodating to our needs etc... , and provided outstanding customer service . When we arrived,the property was under a total renovation of most of the rooms etc...However, I will definitely stay there again because of the excellent service the new management team provided ,and the property should be fully modernized by this time next year.

Location - 10/10. Staff Thoughtfulness/Courtsey - 2/10. PainPoints: Trash from the room was not cleaned out proactively on a daily basis. After I complained on the first day, I was told to leave the trash bag outside my room and handed 3 trash bags to use (one for each day) and then leave them outside my door in the morning. Bed was not made daily, in spite of me asking for it, new towels not provided daily. (Had I been told at check in that this is their policy, I'd understand, but they dont even tell you about it.) AC/Heater system is from the 70's - archaic & hard to use. Curtains in the room were disconnected from the hooks - hooks were broken. Basically a very run down place.... Would not recommend staying here, unless its an absoluteeeee last resort for the location it is at.

I was great to have a kitchen, going out to eat after hiking all day is exhausting. AC would have been nice but the weather was cool enough for just a fan.

Stayed in both the corner suite (largest unit available) and an efficiency (smallest unit available). Both are well kitted out for a self-sufficient stay with full kitchen, nice bath tub for soaking after a long day or hard work (or hard play).

Clean, homey, convenient.

Very clean and pleasant. Not updated but nice! Kitchen is well equipped, complete with utensils, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, dish soap, paper towels...all you need to bring is food! We enjoyed our stay. Only slight negative was the AC unit, which didn't quite cool the room to the temperature we wanted, but it circulated the air well enough that it wasn't stuffy. 9/10

Good but very basic

A true ski lodge hotel very basic surprised, 4 seasons has their name on it but close to beach Mountain found clothes behind the couch everything is in desperate need of remodeling built in 1964

Perfect for skiiers

The four seasons is a perfect skiers hotel. While the rooms are older, its location is great and had everything a tired skier needs. Very friendly people and a clean room with plenty of free parking and easy access to the room and a short drive to the slopes!

This was a great trip for us. Our first time to hike on the Appalachian Trail and this was the perfect place to call home for our adventure. 1) Safe 2) Hot water for a shower when we were done for the day. 3) Full Size fridge to accommodate our stay. 4) Fully equipped with toaster, microwave and coffee maker. 5) Stow away table with four chairs. So cool. Decor is a bit dated but if you’re in the area to do outdoor activities like us, this place is a Gem. Well maintained on the outside. It’s rugged on the inside like the area and exactly what we needed. Thanks to the staff for top notch communication and lining out the details for a smooth late arrival for us!
