"The staff were absolutely amazing, quite helpful and also friendly. The room was immaculate with a lot of attention to little but useful things such as magnifying mirror in the toilet and other mirrors outside. The coffee in the room was so delicious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a central location very close to everything. "

"We've just returned from a 2 night stay at the Grandhotel Giessbach and wow, what a place! The hotel is certainly grand and is located in the most beautiful location I've ever seen, overlooking Lake Brienz with the Giessbach falls only metres away! The staff were all very pleasant, the breakfast was great, the bar was lovely, the Les Cascades restaurant was lovely, the surrounding park and trails were truly beautiful! However, my only complaint is that we had to pay 15CHF per night for parking....

"Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant."

"Love love this hotel. It was very clean and staff are super friendly. I’m definitely staying here again and will recommend everyone to check this place out. We took advantage of the bus right in front of the hotel. You can cross the street and be at the most peaceful part of Lake Luzern. I enjoyed my walk and dipping my feet in the lake. I can’t wait to go back! Oh and the breakfast was heavenly. "
