"This is a splurge, but I really enjoy the Fairmont. Staff is very nice. Spa is one of my favorites if you take advantage of the 3 hours before or after in the thermal pool/relaxation areas, golf is amazing but oh so pricey, food in delicious, rooms are beautiful but very small, especially the bathroom. ..."

"We stayed at Banff Resort for 3 nights and we had amazing time. The property was well maintained and very clean. However, they can invest in gym equipment as a lot of machines are old and out of service . Staff was very polite and overall friendly. Highly recomend this stay."
