"Staff were amazing, super friendly and attentive. We had an ant infestation on our front deck, called and a they came right away to address. Our toaster was broken, called the front desk, they had a new toaster (right out of the box) delivered immediately. Tunnel Mountain Resort is clean and affordable. ..."

Buffalo Mountain Lodge
"Our to go breakfast was not ready when agreed. They came to clean at 8:15 (we were asleep) and they never came back. The staff was attentive to our other requests (additional coffee pods and bankets) parking was a challenge. The staff was very friendly and sweet, but not trained well."
