"Payment was made at check-in, and the receptionist informed me that I would receive the statement upon check-out. However, on the day of check-out, the statement was not ready. "We stayed in an executive suite on the 7th floor for a little over two weeks. All staff we’ve interacted with were very friendly, patient and helpful - and we’ve inquired about changes a several times. MRT and mall/food court access without leaving the building.
