"On arrival staff were very welcoming. We were able to check in a little earlier and shown to our room and given all the info we needed for our stay. Quirky little pub with entrance to our room up a little staircase through the kitchen area. Stairs maybe a little tricky for some as they are quite steep. Our room was pretty basic (which we expected for a b&b and at the price range) but was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We had a lovely view of the Quay too. The bed was comfy and there were coffee and tea facilities in the room.
We had the full English in the morning and it was amazing! Really tasty!
I think what really made the stay for us was the hospitality we received from the staff. It really made our stay and we would definitely stay again so thank you Fish on the Quay! "
"Good location, right in the centre of town but very hot no air conditioning and their rooms are quite small in need of some attention. They wanted to charge us 10 pounds for a late . checkout. The rooms don't look anything like they do in the pictures. They must've been taken about 10 years ago when it was new. all the stuff was very nice and helpful. That was the best part. Very noisy location so be aware."
"The room was clean and the staff were great. The pool was a great addition to our night becore our holiday.
It was great to have a fridge in the room but it did seem to have defrosted and had a big puddle inside. Other than that it was fab! "
"From my arrival to my departure, this stay was excellent. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, informative, professional and welcoming. The room was spotless and had everything I needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, and the receptionist recommended a couple of places to visit.
I will definitely use this hotel again"
"Shampoo and shower gels had run out. Bathroom flooded a bit as floor divider thing was a bit thin. One of the side lights by bed did not work. Was a lovely room. Great views. "
